3. MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION, the displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.

4. PURCHASES. CROCHET FLOWERS LLC accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of CROCHET FLOWERS LLC. All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

5. OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES. SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

 

PRODUCTS . All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality, if the same is unavailable after order confirmation notification. In the event that we are unable to supply all (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full no later than 1 - 2 business days after the intended delivery date or date of communication about the same, whichever is later.

 

DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver our products to mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by our courier. UAE delivery fees will be AED 30 to Dubai, AED 50 to Sharjah, Ajman & Umm Al Qawain, and AED 100 to Abu Dhabi, Hatta, Al Ain, Al Fujairah & RAK. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

All shipment and delivery will be done by road within UAE. The time duration for the shipment to reach the customer about 3 days to Abu Dhabi and Al Ain due to Corona test and one day after ordering for Sharjah, Ajman and Dubai, Fujairah & RAK.
